Selection interview
In an online selection interview, we assess whether you have the right qualities for the profession of tour representative, with a focus on personal attributes.
E-learning
You complete our training online. Where and whenever you want.
During the programme, homework assignments are assessed and provided with feedback by our subject teachers.
Optionally, you can participate in two training days.
The training meets the ANVR’s professional competence profile for tour managers and on-site hosts.
Examinations
The exam includes a written theory component and a role-play via Microsoft Teams. During the role-play, you handle a case with two examiners, demonstrating your skills in a practical situation.
If you have passed the exam as a tour manager, it is possible to apply for the European-recognised ETOA Card through IVOR.
Employment guarantee
During the training, we already start our active job application guidance towards a position in the travel industry! The IVOR diploma is so well regarded in the travel industry that we guarantee you will find a job with it. Conditions apply.
