Privacy Statement
Through this Privacy Policy, IVOR Reisbegeleiding and IVOR Trainingen inform you about the way your personal data is handled within our organisations. IVOR Reisbegeleiding and IVOR Trainingen are the parties responsible for processing your personal data. The responsible parties will hereinafter be collectively referred to as IVOR. IVOR respects your privacy and we comply with the rules laid down by the Personal Data Protection Act (AVG).
What data is processed?
VOR processes personal data that we receive from you, your employer, or benefits agency. This includes, for example, data we receive when you register for a course, request information via the contact form or contact us in any other way. Among other things, we collect and process the following personal data: your name, address and other contact details, data relating to the training course and/or selection interview you applied for, including payment details, your feedback on the training course and other information you provide to us. IVOR also collects and processes personal data in connection with your training programme, such as your attendance, any results and whether you have successfully completed the training programme.
For what purposes is your data processed?
IVOR uses your personal data for the following purposes:
- registration and administrative processing of your participation in the training course;
- providing the training course;
- to carry out analyses so that we can improve our services;
- to send you mailings and vacancies;
- to provide you with the information you have requested and to respond to your questions;
- to comply with any legislation or regulations applicable to IVOR.
The personal data we use for analyses are anonymised by us and therefore cannot be traced back to you. Your personal data is available to other fellow course participants within your own course group in order to coordinate the implementation of the training days. If agreed with your employer or benefits agency, IVOR may provide information about your attendance at the training course. IVOR will not provide your details to other third parties unless you have given IVOR your prior consent or IVOR is legally obliged to do so.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are automatically placed on your computer by your internet browser. A session cookie can be used to track, among other things, which web pages you view and which options you use. We use this data, among other things, to make our website more user-friendly. Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your internet browser. You can set your internet browser to warn you when a cookie is being placed. You can also block cookies being placed completely. However, you may then not be able to use all parts of our website.
Marketing
IVOR uses various platforms and tools for marketing purposes. Inform yourself and adjust your own privacy settings accordingly, if your wish. You are not obliged to use social media platforms in order to follow an IVOR course.

Google AdWords – Google Dynamics Remarketing
- Purpose: The Google AdWords cookie tracks which pages the user visits so that relevant and personalised ads can be shown on external websites.
- Feature: The cookie comes from Google and is deleted after a maximum of two years.

Google Analytics
- Purpose: The Google Analytics cookie tracks how a user uses the website. Information about usage is used to compile reports for IVOR and to offer other services related to internet usage.
- Feature: The cookie comes from Google and is deleted after a maximum of two years.
- Sharing: Google does not share anonymous data with third parties (We have disabled Google Analytics’ “Data sharing” options). View Google Privacy Statement.
- When setting up Google Analytics, we have taken the following measures to promote your privacy:

– We have entered into a processor agreement with Google. If you do not want ‘Google Analytics’ to be used, you can download and install the ‘Google Analytics Opt-out Browser add-on’ for your web browser. You can download the add-on from the Google site: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Protection and retention period
Your personal data is protected against misuse and access by unauthorised persons through current standard techniques. IVOR will retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes indicated above or as long as required by law. IVOR may keep the personal data for longer if there are circumstances that warrant it.
Access, correction and deletion
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a specified request to IVOR by sending an e-mail to info@ivor-travel-education.com, stating your name and address. In principle, IVOR will respond to a request for inspection or correction within four weeks. In the event of a request for deletion, IVOR will delete the personal data in question as soon as possible, unless and to the extent that the law requires us to retain the personal data in question or there are (other) compelling reasons against deletion.
Modifications
IVOR may amend this Privacy Policy. We therefore recommend reading this Privacy Policy on a regular basis, to be informed of any changes. This Privacy Policy was last amended on 20-01-2025.
