Job guarantee

At IVOR, we offer a job guarantee after graduation. This means that trainees receive job search and job application guidance during and after the training.

Thousands of candidates have already obtained their IVOR diploma and have built successful careers as tour managers, on-site hosts or guides. The IVOR diploma is often seen as a requirement or recommendation in the travel industry. Travel organisations know that IVOR candidates are carefully selected, highly motivated and excellently trained!

Tour operators approach us with specific vacancies and we invite our trainees via mailings to respond to them. We offer assistance in writing cover letters and CVs, but the actual application remains the trainee’s responsibility.

As the only training institute, we offer a written guarantee: if you don’t find a job after graduation with our job application guidance and active effort, you will be refunded €715 of the course fee. Certain conditions apply, please read the General Conditions for Application and Payment.
