To do your job well as a Tour Representative, you simply need to know the rules, and how best to put them into practice. You learn this during the training. Not just by listening, but mainly by practising during theory and practice lessons. In addition, it is especially fun to work with other course members and share practical experiences.

The training is short but intensive, I did it in the evenings and weekends alongside a full-time job, this is doable but then it really requires focus and motivation! Working out the homework assignments took a lot of time but I also got a lot of energy in return. The two training days give a huge added value; as the training progresses, you grow better and better in your role as tour manager.
